Karrans of Hyde Park Watch and Jewellery Specialists is a South Australian family business, which commenced when Robert and Yvonne Karran first opened a small Watchmaker Workshop in 1957 in Adelaide. Son John and wife Lynn became partners in the business in 1977, and that year the family opened the store as a retail outlet in the Southern Cross Arcade, King William Street in the city.

Lynn and John moved the store to its current location at 3/183 King William Road, Hyde Park in April 1996, and renamed it Karrans of Hyde Park Watch and Jewellery Specialists.

In 2005 the store took a new direction by specializing in high quality unique jewellery which has earned them a reputation as one of the most respected jewellers in Adelaide.

After extensive renovations in August 2009 the store has been transformed into a modern, glamorous, newly refitted shop which now carries a large range of stunning Diamond Jewellery, including the brilliant, superbly crafted Passion8 Diamond Rings, Pendants and Earrings.

Karrans of Hyde Park Watch and Jewellery Specialists have also introduced Adelaide’s first ever Pandora Shop-in-Shop, which offers shoppers that wonderfully unique Pandora experience with Adelaide’s largest Pandora collection.
